Refund policy

RETURNS only are to be accepted within 14 days of purchase in its original packing. Customers can Return items or products purchased from our online shop within 14 days after purchases are made and goods are delivered.  Items shipped from SpecialNeedsMatter can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, with some exceptions: Item is in good perfect condition without use, soiled, or torn.
